One of my hangar buddies plotted it out on the computer and it works perfectly at 40 mm if the extrusion is 3/4"x3/4" instead of 1"x1"
What other mistakes has any one found on the second set of prints for the CH 750??
This was a $40 mistake and I can't even claim credit.

Hi Listers,
I am building the wing spars and I made both upper spar caps with a 40 mm diimension on the angle cut end. It does not fit the way it is supposed to. The actual measurement needs to be 52 mm. The 80 mm up and 272 mm over dimension have both been checked and are correct for the spar angle.
Anyone else have this issue?.
