With the restoration business slowing down in this economy, we are expanding our efforts and capabilities on the brokering front to provide sellers (reluctant as they may be!) a positive and smooth selling experience. · Consultation (at your location when available) with you to understand your aircraft and your objectives, and set expectations on both sides.
· Expert market analysis and pricing recommendation based on the analysis and your objectives.
· High quality ground and air-to-air (optional) photos of your aircraft.
· High quality ground and air-to-air video of your aircraft (optional).
· Listing on our web site at www.worldwidewarbirds.com
· Listing on Controller.com including rotating your aircraft through our featured ad selection.
· Regular mass email marketing to our hundreds of previous sales contacts.
· Power Point sales presentation for use as follow up with sales contacts.
· Prompt attention to sales leads and close communication with you on all negotiations....we make recommendations, but you make the decisions.
· Start to finish transaction support including handling of all purchase documents, escrow management, and buyer assistance with any FAA transfer of ownership requirements. Not only is our job to make it easy on you as the seller, but to make your aircraft more attractive to the buyer through post sale support including help with Operating Limitations, etc.
· Follow through with both Seller and Buyer to ensure a smooth transaction.
