Is anyone using the Zenith supplied sender and buying VDO gauge 301-020? Can you get your gauges to read from empty to full? I can't get past half way between 3/4 and full. Adjustment screw only regulates lower end. Sender ckecks OK.

Bob,
We've never had the gauges work properly. Since everything is all apart it is on my look-at list but not sure what I can do. Any ideas? This appears to be a common problem.

I have the same problem with this sender/gauge combo. Around 7/8 is as far as the needle will go. I bench tested as well. I have decided to scrap the gauges and use the Dynon glass panel which can be calabrated.
