I just got my modification kit and have the right wing on the table ready to be opened up.  I had not completed the fuselage so that should be an easier fix.



My question is this, after your experience with the modifications, are there any things you would do differently than the approach described in the instructions that Zenith sent?

Tim,



The overall approach in the ZAC documentation and video's is OK.  I recommend that you definitely remove the nose skin completely.  It will save you more time and aggravation than if you left it on.  The wing will be very flimsy now so make sure to keep it flat, preferably on the metal bars you originally built it with.



Just be patient with all the Avex rivets you will be drilling.  Beware the center stem, which can push the drill off center.
