I have installed the Rotec TBI on my 601 with a corvair and after a lot of  ground running it works very well. I have made a very tight air box with carb  heat. I plan to fly this in the morning. I added an electric primer to the  intake logs and three short pushes of the primer gives me a half blade start. I  have been running this without a filter so it will more than likely run a little  richer and better with a filter. 

 If some one can post this to corvaircraft to let them know of the Rotec  feel free.
