We had a bit of Alex park over the middle of Kansas for the holiday weekend so I decided to see what shape the Arkansas is in this morning. All the sandbars are under 3 to 4 feet of water. NOAA says the peak came early this morning with flooding farther down stream at the town of Oxford. Looks like it's going to be another wet summer on the Great Plains.
