Sorry I can't help with lodging in OR. Were you able to get clearance to fly the Grand Canyon? Judy and I are planning on departing Phoenix Very early am on Fri. Jul 23. Weather permitting we're going to head north and then cross the Rockies at LaVeta pass Colorado. We'll probably spend the night somewhere along the way, and then arrive OSH Sat Jul 24.
Would love to hook up and fly part of the way with you guys, below are our cell phone numbers.

Can any please suggest somewhere for my wife & I to stay for a night or two, sometime around 19-21 July with our RV10 (depending upon weather) while we visit Vans and the Spruce Goose museum. Someone did offer a couple of years ago, & I'm sorry but I've lost the details.
We plan to arrive early afternoon & visit Vans, then next day to the Spruce Goose, and will be leaving early next morning to Salt Lake City (via Mt St Helens).
We're also looking for recommendations for Leadville for a night.
If things go according to plan, we'll see you all at Osh.
