I guess, I have to agree with you John.  I just couldn't see what set all of these knuckleheads off.  I thought I must have missed a post, but no.  Sabrina really didn't say anything that I thought was flame-worthy.  Oh well, I guess some people need to get a life.  I had doubts about the design and I feel pretty good about the FAA's whole participation through this affair.  I think they interceded at the right time and conducted a very professional assessment in the end.  I feel quite confident that the design is now safe assuming that the upgrade is properly implemented.  But it isn't the only way to make the design safer (as Sabrina has shown).

Come on guys, questions are good.  I speak as someone who has dabbled a bit in aircraft design over the years and I always welcome Sabrina's opinion
