Do not include original message in reply
By default, when you reply to an e-mail message, the original message text is included in the message body. You can turn off this feature so that none of the original message is included.
<![if !supportLists]>1. <![endif]>In the main Microsoft Outlook window, on the Tools menu, click Options.
<![if !supportLists]>2. <![endif]>Click the Preferences tab, and then click E-Mail Options.
<![if !supportLists]>3. <![endif]>Under On replies and forwards, in the When replying to a message box, click Do not include original message.
The name of the game is to cut the old msg(s),>
Couldn`t agree more John,
on my old computer I could just block a few words, hit the Reply key and the
job was done with the only theblocked words transferred. I could then add
the new message.
I copy from the old message….. then paste in the reply message… Boyd
