Jerry, After I sent this message, I remembered about another set of Kitfox 1 wings I heard about out in Idaho. It will take me a bit of digging to get then number in Idaho, so let me kinow if things don't work out with Bret's wings and I will track down the Idaho #. Jerry, that would be a big ball park. If you have to buy all new parts to build a new wing I would make an educated guess of $3500. if you can find a used wing and/or salvage parts from your damaged wing it could be considerably less.
Having the engine torn down and inspected would't be too much if their is no damage. I guess about $300.

Malcolm,
Is it the flaperon skin ou are asking about. If so, yes it can be rolled. I bought the leading edge aluminum for my project in a roll. It was from Aircraft Spruce. I don't recall the thickness as I am out of town as I write this, but it should be in their online catalogue.
