Well worked on the CJ today with the help of my 9 year old grandson, William the Great. I ended up figuring it was bad plugs instead of a stuck valve. I removed all the rear plugs and check the compression. Looking at the plugs, they looked pretty bad, particularly 5,6, and 7. So I replaced all of them and than cleaned the right mag. That seem to do the trick. Later this after noon, I flew the airplane for 20 minutes, and than returned to ILG. All seemed normal.
Will head out in the morning for FL weather permitting.
