Hi Jim, I have to look at my serial #, but I think that It is 49. I want my Esqual to be as Lightning as possible for safety reasons. I have Lightning wheels and brakes (MATCO) but I havn't yet put my wheel pants back on. So, I'm in the same position that you are. I'll eventually get around to the wheel pant mount but it will be a month or 2 min. I hope that you have the LIghtning rudder pedals and flute tubes. Hi, I'm looking for a set of brackets that attach the wheel pant to the main gear
axle assembly. Specifically, I need the set for the left (pilot side) wheel.
I could probably fabricate a replacement, but I'm hoping that some of you Equal
owners who have converted to Lightning parts, may have these sitting in the hangar,
collecting dust.
If you have these, and/or any other Equal parts that you have no use for, please
contact me. I hope to keep my Esqual, serial#51, as stock as possible, for as
long as possible. Thanks.
