Kevin,

I had trouble with mine due to one rudder cable being magnetized. I tried de-gauzing it but the compass would swing over 100 deg. setting still on the ground and moving the rudder. I have the DEK - 180. I finally mounted the remote on the back side of the baggage compartment and it is now the most accurate compass I have ever flown behind.
