Thank you everyone who posted condolences for Scott Thompson. I am his wife Carol. This is a devastating tragedy to me and I just want to let everyone on here know that Scott loved that airplane and was so happy when he had it up in the air. As for the FAA investigation so far they have told us that there were no mechanical failures. Possibly a crosswind. I don't know. As I was there and witnessed it, to me everything was going great until that last instant before impact. Again thank you for being a part of Scott's life.
