Hi,
Sorry for "intruding" here as this is not about a YAK, but itīs probably the best source for information anyway....
Initially I wanted to post on Gusīs forum (www.notasukhoi.com), but I canīt get it to work since a couple of months.
I saw the ad for an I-3M on www.barnstormers.com and now Iīm looking for any information re. I-3(M)īs, SP-91īs or SP-95īs I can find.
Iīve sent the seller an email and got a response already, however I still have hundrets of open questions....
Has anyone seen an I-3M life yet (or even flown one)? Howīs the quality and workmanship compared to the I-3? Is it really better?
The seller came back saying that the I-3M has flaperons (which is totally new to me) which are electrically operated!? Any comments on that?
Anyone seen an I-3, SP-91 with a Russian 2-blade prop (as the MTV seems to be an extra option)?
Any comments appreciated!
Thanks,
Markus

Markus,
If you learn anything I would love to see it posted. I saw the same ad and it looks like a heck of a deal for a "new" airplane. It loooks like the closest thing to a Suk. or two seat Yak 55 that someone with average means could ever hope to afford.
