Wayne and the rest of the group,
This caught us by surprise as well. It was one of our customers who heard about it from someone else who e-mailed us. Nick put this out to the list as soon as we found out.
Please call Garmin and let them know how you feel about their customer support. Maybe if they hear enough complaints they'll extend the deadline.

You might check with Garmin. I understand the SB was extended to 10/28/10.
