Does anyone know of a source? All I can find is SCAT tube and that is
over-kill. All that is really needed is a 2" version of plastic dryer vent
tubing.

3 feet of 2" fresh air ducting tube
Part Number = VENT SV-3
Price = $7.50

You can also order it in 6' lengths. Here's a picture
