All
I would like to discuss a past posting with a gentlemen names Egon that posted a scavenge issue to the Yak List in 2005. The original message is below. I am having similar issues almost identical and wish to know how he solved this problem.
Egon, please contact me off list at ebiggs(at)inservusa.com (ebiggs(at)inservusa.com) if you are still on the list or if you are someone who may know how I can contact Egon.
Sincerely,
Eric Biggs

When you blow though the hose from the sump to the air-oil separator, you should also hear air coming out of the breather tube and not just the sound in the oil tank. A plugged up air-oil separator may be the cause of your problem.

FWIW possibly the gimbal mount movement in the oil tank is restricted, such that inverted flight is immersing the vent tube in oil.
Mind you would expect to see a corresponding drop in oil pressure for the same reason ... though not so easy to notice when otherwise occupied during aeros!
