First flight of N638PS a Zenith CH 701 kit built over three years nine months and a few days. ran out of parts and excuses....
Everyone told me to expect an extreeeeemly short takeoff roll... I thought I was ready - I wasn't.... anyway flew great with no squawks.... reminds me of grabbing all of the collective of a really light UH 1 - grin.
Attached a few pics.. the flight pics closer up in flight were on another camera and huge files - I'll have to figure out how to reduce them for email.
Btw kudos to all of you who answered my stupid questions and offered advise and support along the way. My message to those who are in the throws of the build...press on regardless...it's worth it in the end...gonna take this off my bucket list...grin !!!

Its getting so you can't swing a cat around here without hitting a 701 on first flight. I love it. Congratulations Phil. Exciting days ahead. Hope to be flying with you late spring......Geoff
