Hi! Gert.

I used some blue thermal building block insulation, it's slightly more dense

but quite adequate for a small construction or filler. There's probably more

than you want in a builders waste bin of off cuts.

It's called "Kingspan" here.

It's better than being stuck for a supplier.

It is manufactured by Dow, as insulation Styrofoam, 2lb cu'ft. 

   Google for local supplier.

If you want a small amount I would try builders local to you first, most have some spare

 

I believe the blue foam is Alcan Airex  C70 but check that it is C70

 

White foam is Airex R63
