I don’t often disagree either, but the Corvair engine is not a reason to cut your price. It is actually has a serious advantage of economy and simplicity for the buyer.
Time is the thing that seems to cause the sellers anxiety, but that will resolve itself eventually with a sale. Just wait, you’ll see.

Actually if you look on Barnstormers there are 601XL with Jabiru's that also haven't moved.
