We welded in the new Gear socket on the Firestar 2, that my buddy =

bought down in Tulsa with a broken leg.See you don't have to shoot them =

when they break a leg  Only caught the fabric on fire once. He decided =

to recover the fusalage after finding some of the tubes rusty under the =

fabric ,also because it was covered in aerthane vs polytone which is =

alot easier to patch. The org. builder must not have use expoy primer =

because when you pulled the fabric off all the paint would come off the =

tubing down to bare metal.That or bad metal prep.On other projects that =

I have had to recover that used Stits epoxy primer the glue joint failed =

before the primer would.

       So I can get back to covering my Classic Have all the flying =

surfaces & fusalage up through taping will start covering the wings =
