I have decided to use the Grove gear instead of the Zenith supplied leaf.

Can anyone supply the bolt pattern for the stock Matco gear that Zenith supplies? I can't find the original Matco instructions.
Thanks,
John Marzulli

Hi John,
Disassemble the wheels and then spot through into the new gear. I do not recall the Matco instructions having any dimensions.

John, you are suposed to remove the axel from the wheel then use a transfer punch to center punch the gear spring through the bolt holes in the axle. There is no template for the Matco axels other than this.

I know you are supposed to transfer punch them, but I remember seeing a pattern in the Matco manual.

Can anyone confirm that the holes are 1.75" apart?

My point is that I want to get the axle pre-drilled by Grove, so  I need to bolt pattern.

Thanks,

If I was spending a thousand bucks on a landing gear from Grove
They had better know what the bolt pattern is or find out.
