Hello everyone,

   

  Just joined the list. I am in Alaska and looking for a kit plane project to start on. I have over 2000 hours in various aircraft from the age of 16 (now 4 and am looking for something I can fly in and out of my 300 X 600 foot piece of property I now live on.

   

  From what I have found so far the Zenith air CH 701 will do what I want but I ran across the Savannah knock off of this aircraft on the web last night which appears to be a better choice for me, although more expensive.

   

  Any opinions pro or con between the two here?
