Subject: Aero practice.
So, this weekend I finally got to practice for the summer season. I fitted a camera in the fin of the SP and recorded a run through this years sportsman's. On the link below you will see two runs one is my coach the other is me. It is obvious which is which ((

These are the same aircraft and each flight was done 30 minutes apart from each other. The amazing thing is that up until the spin it is as if we were in formation, freaky.
So, thought you might like it. BTW are there any new contestants in the group this year, speak up you will get a lot of encouragement here.
Enjoy
Gus

Nice video. What kind of camera do you use? Remote control? Also what video editing software? Did you have any trouble with camera shake?

The camera is built into the fin. The raw quality is MUCH better than
this I had to render it down for the bandwidth challenged. I use Adobe
Premiere 2.0 to edit the video this took all of 15 minutes from it being
in the camcorder to it being on the web.

I've been working on some Yak video. I'm shooting with a small digital camera that does pretty good video although its really meant to be a still camera. Shake is a big problem but i've got a freeby video processing program that removes a lot of it. I edit using Windows MovieMaker which comes free with XP. It works surprisingly well but is lacking in a few areas.
There are two 2 minute videos at:

The camera is a Minolta Dimage Z1 with a cheapo 180 degree fisheye attached.
