Anybody know of a good way to get Yak Russian logbooks translated?  I'm having trouble finding anyone within 100 miles to do it.  Don't want to ship off the original logs or have to copy them and ship the copies.  Would rather just sit down with someone and do it on the spot, since probably the translator would not be familiar with airplane jargon.

What specifically in the log books are you trying to have translated Tom?

I know a former Soviet AF transport pilot here in Walnut Creek .. maybe he would be willing to translate.  He runs a dynamite Russian restuarant and deli in Walnut Creek.  I'll bring my log book to him.  But the engine book is in Hungarian ...

Actually, you might have pretty good luck with www.translate.ru .  The other translators do a pretty hilarious job,  but this one is close to spot on.
