What's the best way to drain the air system in a yak-52? I'd like to check/drain the air bottle(s).

Simply loosen the B nuts on both tanks and let them discharge. When you
reinstall the bottles be sure to hand tighten the B nuts on the bottles
before you tighten the straps. By doing this you won't be force-fitting the
B nuts on the tank fittings after you've snugged up the hold-down straps.
