I just found out that Whirlwind has developed a two blade prop for the RV-10. Below is a quote from an email exchange with Whirlwind:

Quote:
The RV-10 is 79" in diameter and the system weight is 43#. The blade design is based on the 200 RV series blade. Feedback from the units we have in the field are very positive.

Regards,

Rob

Do they have a 3 blade? While a 2 blade composite should be smoother
than 2 blade aluminum, I think a 3 blade composite would have even less
vibration.

Any details--i.e. FP (including ground adjustable) or CS, projected price, etc?

For my money, if it's not CS then it's a no-go.
