Cloudvalley is blowing smoke or he owns his own airport.
Every airport I have been based at required proof of insurance and required the airport to be listed as a "named insured". Just like the 99's and Young Eagles, because I take kids and other people for charity rides I have to have them listed on my insurance policy as "named insured".
Not a big deal. You do have insurance, on your plane and "Mechanic's Insurance", don't you? It probably covers you working on other people's planes.

INSURANCE...

When you need money, you go to a Bank
When the Bank needs money, they go to the Government
When the Government needs money, they go to GOD
When GOD needs money, he goes to the INSURANCE COMPANY.

==================================
INSURANCE...
There is NO difference between gambling at Las Vegas and INSURANCE.
When YOU take out insurance you are betting that you will have an accident.
The INSURANCE COMPANY is betting that you will not.
The best bet you can make is to make is to take out $1,000,000 LIFE INSURANCE - Pay the first premium and DIE!
That way your beneficiaries will receive $1,000,000 tax free (not figuring on obama's plans) for the minimum investment.

You can quote me, but credit me.
