First pic: heat riser clamp broken.
Next pics: Look closely. These are pics of the inner cylinder baffle. I first noticed that it had been installed with the plate on the outside between the fins. Then, I looked inside. It's an inner cylinder baffle for an O320. It's 1/2 inch too short.
Between this, the missing baffle straps, poorly installed baffle seals, and baffles so bent and worn through, it's a wonder there are no signs of excess heat on the cylinders.

Also, the exhaust riser clamp is broken. Good luck getting the nut off

the bolt. Hopefully it will break easily or you will have to cut it off.

Looks like a lot of deferred maintenance for a long time!
