3 bladed Warp Drive propeller, RK-400 release question ?

My 2006 Kolb Firestar II has the , Rotax 503 with 3 bladed Warp Drive propeller, RK-400 release clutch with only 80 hours on it, I've heard some second hand comments about in-flight clutch failure on this system.



   I would appreciate any factual feedback on this  RK-400 release clutch info I received....in general is it a common occurrence or very rare, or just hangar talk speculation ?

I have 2. Both on rotax 582's with 3 blade warp drives. Love them. Never

heard of an in-flight failure of the RK-400. Only problem is when the engine

quits it keeps turning and adds a lot of drag.
