Robin,
That is surprising that the canopy buzz is so loud. Is it buzzing on the sides? I've had no similar problem that I'm aware of, but I modified the S curve on mine.
Since it is buzzing so loudly, it must be vibrating. I wonder if that is creating fatigue in the fiberglass?
Are your oil temps still doing well?
