Way back, I made a custom fit fiberglass tank for my Kolb. Had to chalk it up to an 'educational experience'. I had used fiberglass and fuel-proof epoxy (over a male plug). Even with one anti-slosh stiffener in the middle, it was too flexible and expanded just under the load of a static fill. Doh! Getting to a bigger tank is on my list (like so many things), and I'll either do the foam core glass tank suggested here, or make one out of aluminum, with rivets and proseal. Currently I'm still only at 5gallons.

Addition: It is obvious this custom tank must be accomplished before cage is covered.
