sorry, address faux pas

Mike, heavier, not bigger tanks. As I posted previously, I started out with old jugs that I had taken from work MANY years ago. They were quite sturdy and had contained strong cooling tower chemicals. The fact that they were so old and yellowed with age
persuaded me to replace them. The replacements turned out to be too flimsy for my taste (bulgy walls) so one season was my limit.
re: the GPH question, there is no free lunch. If you are in the same displacement ballpark as another engine you will suck up near the
same amount of fuel to get the same performance. If I take it easy I don't use much. If I push it, I does.
I have no actual numbers to report but watching the level go down as you fly gives a good idea.
Larry, the latest installation came from: http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/item.aspx?itemid=22694&catid=816
pn 75001 -the heavyweight jugs. I Ignored the "not for fuel" disclaimer. They really are heavy wall and stiff. The only downside
is the 63mm opening which makes fitting a dip tube a challenge.
Jimmy, nice pix. How did you take that shot of yourself? Long broom handle?

Roughly, how many gallons of fuel per hour do you you burn with that GEO of yours? (to need
bigger tanks)

and changing out the fuel pump that may or may not have had some chunks passed through it. It ran
