I've used one for almost an entire build.  This

happened to me once.  Just take off the nose and you

will see some adjustment nuts.  Watch the way it came

apart and remove the invading stem, then fiddle with

the adjustment, then put it back together.  It will

work fine once you get it adjusted properly.
