Thanks, George!

My upholstery was done in nicely-textured, thick, fabric-backed plastic (they call it "leather" here) by the upholsterer on call at my flight school, actualy doing cars nearby but oh so competetent and helpful!

Of course I told him what I wanted. In that respect, my training as an architect does help (my message this via June 2, 8:06 am).

Attached is a two-pic panorama of my extensively-redone cabin area. The hardest decision was placing the instrument panel a good 20" forward of the factory position, for legroom and visibility outside. Note raised skylight for tall pilots.
