Jab-thusiasts,
I have one of the original "old style" oil cooler s on my 3300 and a JabUSA 3300 FWF kit installed on my Zenith CH601XLB. Many of you have been kind in giving me advice about my CHT's, I added "Eybrow" sccops to my cowl and magically I have improved my CHT temps to just under 300 F on these 85F days. My goal is to attempt to lower things a bit more if possible

Jeff,
I would be looking at increasing the exit opening or making the lip a bit more prominent. Maybe you are damming up the incoming air because it can't all get through the radiator and baffles

My next battle that seems to be looming is now Oil Temps. I seem to be running at 220 to 235F in cruise. Yes, I'm very aware of too high oil level and high oil temps. Curiously before I did my B mods I used to run from 190F to 215F and I am curious to why I'm running hotter than usual. Any suggestions on getting temps down?
In looking at my old style oil cooler and the large NACA vent that supplies it with air, nothing is different from when I installed it, except I added a scoop under the cooler that meets with the bottom lip of the NACA vent. If I run without the vent scoop my oil temps head for 245F+, the only other thing that is different is that I covered the 2 holes on the old style RAM air ducts that are supposed to spill air over the top of the engine block.
Anyways, that's where I am at with 288 hours on my airframe and powerplant I would love to just go flying with out having to worry about temps, I think the Australian Manufacturers could do a tad bit better in getting thing dialed in and functioning as "advertised." Also, It should be interesting once I get my Europa in the air with the "newer" style 3300 engine and new style oil cooler and see what I get, probably an apples to oranges comparison.

Why don't you use a water manometer to compare the inlet to outlet
pressure differential, like the Jab manual says? That way you'll know
if what you do to the eyebrows, scoops, blocking holes, etc., is
doing harm or good. Maybe your blocking of those two holes in the RAM
air ducts is heating up the oil beyond the capability of the cooler
to cool it. I have the same cooler as you (on a 2200), but mine is
mounted parallel to the oil pan fins, not crossways.
Also, where does the air go that the oil cooler scoop is picking up?
It's hard to tell from your second picture.
