That is not good news, Dan. I'm sorry to hear about it, but it seems a
familiar story. Other than web site hype I found it difficult to find much
"user" information about this engine. Looks nice, with lots of computer
generated photos on the web site. Maybe a trip to Edgewater FL to have a
close look at the factory might glean some information? Good luck and
please keep us all posted on your progress.

Anyone considering a Viking engine please be advised,
I have had $4,300 deposit since Oct 28th and payment in full since May 8th
and
still haven't seen my engine yet.
I called Jan today and he hung up on me and all I got after that was voice
mail.
I don't think that I would be ordering an engine from him.

Dan, I believe I would ask for refund immediately. If that didn't happen I'd show up at the Viking booth in Oshkosh and camp out at their display with anti Viking signs and info until it did. That is, if they are displaying at Oshkosh this year.

I received my engine today and it looks great!
Can't wait to get it hung and start the install.
Some parts have been back ordered but I hope that will not be too long.

Does this mean that the hissy-fits and pissing and moaning at
