Attached is the wiring diagram for a traffic alert system. It appears to me that they've reversed the tip and ring in the drawing. If it's correct the audio goes to the "ring" in the jack when the switch is in "mono." That would ground it when a mono plug is inserted in the jack. Am I missing something?
