Thanks to all that responded to my Compression concerns. 

I will run the engine and do it again hot. I did however pump the prop blade near TDC to help seat the rings which only added about one pound if that. Since it passed cold I have no problem flying it but I will do it again hot to see the results. I will post the results.

I made it up to the hangar today and put the ram air ducts back on the engine and ran it up and down the taxi way until the oil was 120 deg. Brought it into the hangar and burned my fingers getting the plugs out. Guess what - Pete you were right. the compression came up into the mid 70's on all the cylinders that were down.
