When I install a Power Flow Exhaust System, I cut out the exit ramp so the pipe can slip out through the opening. The template I use is actually one of the cutouts from a Jaguar cowling. I scanned it (yes, I out the fiberglass on the scanner flatbed) and now have a drawing. Unfortunately, when printed out, it's about 3/4 inches too short. The width is the same as the scan, it's just shorter. I haven't measured it, but, the width where the muffler slips in is about 1/4 inches bigger than the muffler. When installed, it provides about 1/2 inches clearance all around.
If you can use it, great. If not, no worries.
