1Beatrice
Welcome aboard the Head-In-The-Sand-(or Up Elsewhere)-Express
to Carl and Pat who not only contribute NOTHING to the discussion and in classic WE.GOT.OURS.TO.HELL.WITH.YOU fashion could care less about future buyers of used aircraft who might get screwed... but additionally now declare that god is on their side and that of anyone who disagrees with me. Couple of winners there.

Kayberg:
I hope I never said I was half the man or pilot you or Earl and certainly not Buz are. I'm not. Just your risking at least opprobrium (look it up, Beatrices. Fourth grade stuff) and potentially mob revenge establishes your cred.
I'll say it again:
I'm just trying to preserve some shred of the honor and tradition I found and benefitted from in USA GA post WW2
and
to excoriate DELIBERATE misinformation by warning some readers of potential pitfalls in their particular situations. How I choose to express those FACTS for my own entertainment (and according to backchannel support the entertainment of a few bemused others) is up to me.

You whine today:
I never talked about true ground speed at sea level.
Previously you talked about both.... see "see" level ... plus there is no such thing as true ground speed at altitude anyway. Your phrase (for aviation purposes) is invented and wholly unnecessary. Ground speed is ground speed, no? ALWAYS true, actual.
Ground speed is the vector sum of TAS and wind speed/direction.
Has comparatively NOTHING to do with aircraft performance, just ETA that day,
Jesus, the lengths you people will go trying to prove me wrong. You could. I sometimes am. But this SP eligibility stuff ain't one of those times and neither am I wrong exposing fraud - deliberate or unintentional / by individuals or manufacturers - to protect others.
And how many times do I have to quote the regs that LSA limits are CAS sea level standard? You merely muddy the waters, display a keen grasp of the obvious, and make stuff up here:
Time: 07:26:21 AM PST US
From: "J Dupont" <playgoldg(at)hotmail.com (playgoldg(at)hotmail.com)>
"The FAA is well aware that the same aircraft can have a faster true ground speed at altitude"

Hi Mark,
Love you too.
Sticks and stones.
Actions speak louder than words.
Your words suck but your actions are honorable.
More than I can say for the rest of this flock of Harpies.
And no Beatrices - I didn't just claim you had an STD (true or not).
