Hello to all,
The forecast is for sunny skies and cool temperatures in Shelbyville this weekend. It should be fantastic weather for our homecoming. We’ll be cooking out Friday night for those that arrive early.
Saturday morning we’ll fly over to Winchester for their breakfast and try to outnumber the RV’s! Back at the hangar we’ll have a couple of presentations, lunch and just general hangar flying, fun and camaraderie.
We all look forward to see you here this weekend!

Folks,
I flew up a couple of days early to get some minor maintenance done.
The wx wasn't too bad today either.
I Had about a 2 hour wx delay in Camila, Ga, but managed to get through the front. XM wx in the cockpit and autopilot sure is sweet.
Beautiful wx from Clearwater to Camila and then northwest of La Grange into KSYI (although bumpy accross the mountains)
It was great to bring N82PB "back home".
I arrived in Shelbyville around 3:30 PM. Buz was already here.
Looking forward to seeing additional Lightning "family" members on Fri-Sat

Unfortunately we will not make it to homecoming this year. We'll certainly miss seeing all our good friends and a great time.

Pat and Carl,
You will be greatly missed. I was hoping for Pat to lead a comparison discussion regarding Rotax vs Jabiru!
