Many scratch built aircraft (like mine) have some factory built components in them so if the builder did a good job on everything else, then it could be very difficult to tell. A scratch built 750 would be easier because the hole layout is mostly done by CNC and the scratch builder is not likely to get the spacing as neat. With the 701 not being pre-drilled, hole spacing won't be much help.
