Someone from the factory (on the Lightning List) said that the factory is using a round piece of aluminum for the ground plane on the ELT antenna. What is the diameter of the ground plane you are making?

The ground plane is a square piece 040 aluminum about 9 by 9 inch or so
We rivet it to the back of the baggage support, puts the antenna behind the bulkhead.
