Coop, there should be no loss of emergency air.
On the starboard side of the fire wall, adjacent to the start solenoid, there are a set of check valves. The one on the upper side leads to the emergency tank. The small rubber disk inside it has probably deteriorated resulting in a drop in emergency air when the engine is not running.
Doug Sapp has the appropriate overhaul kit. It's any easy fix.

I am unable to find the preferred pressure and acceptable decay rate (if any) for the air pressure on the emergency side of the air system. Decay rates are listed in the maintenance manual for the normal pressure side. Any one have these details? Thanks. Coop. [Question]

Also, check the gauge fittings. Ours leaked down several years ago and it was a crack in the fitting input. Only an ultrasonic leak detector found it. Trivia - of the 4 screws securing the emergency gauge, 3 are identical and one is slightly different/longer. Be sure to mark positions when removing.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

No need to remove any screws. It is a clamp mounted instrument. The
different one is the clamp screw, loosen that, give the screw driver a
light tap and lift the gauge out of the hole.
I agree - zero leakage for the emergency system. It is a rerlatively small
system and easy to find the leak source (or sources).
