I have a few of the tape held mounts around for my Contour, but haven't taken the initiative to rivet them to the airframe.

GoPro HD Hero and their proprietary mounts. The mounts stick on with double sided tape but I countersunk 2 blind rivets in each one.
I have one under each wingtipm, one behind landing gear, one near rear tiedown and one inside cockpit.
I want to put one on the top of the rudder like the cirrus in attached pic, but am concerned about it being all flying type.
