How many out there are registering their two place ultralights, either
weight shift or tri axis as an ELSA and how long did it take? Are you still
waiting for your paperwork?

Rob,

I registered my MK III as ELSA. Took about 3 weeks to get the "N"
number then a month to find a DAR to do the airworthiness inspection and
paperwork was "ended" right then and there.
