I have always received excellent service from Aircraft Spruce. Quick delivery, customer service and friendly people on the phone. I don't see the CPS sale as a bad thing.

I see this as a plus. Frequently, I need to buy Rotax parts and at the same time,
other parts usually sold only by Aircraft Spruce or Wicks and their ilk. Having
access to full line of Rotax parts from Aircraft Spruce will save multiple
shipping charges and I expect the Georgia ACS warehouse will eventually stock
Rotax parts too which will be great for us in the eastern US.

Well at least you will get the stuff you ordered from Spruce ! Spruce has
been GREAT delivering the items you order AND very helpful !. The few items
I have ordered from CPS took forever to get here (like weeks) and I
received little help when I called about it.(forcing me to order from Lockwood
or
LEAF to get better service on my next orders) Granted their catalog was
great but then no one can beat Spruce's.
I for one am glad to see the change.
