At first look, it looks like a HORTON Wing Cuff.  Then there are the strakes.VERY INTERESTING!
Is there an under-camber to the leading edge?

The second pic is the Grumman airfoil (64-415 Mod) rotated +1 degree compared to a Clark Y at 14% thickness.

I'd say, that for all practical purposes, the behavior of a Clark Y is about the same as the airfoil used on a Grumman.[b]

Hard to tell exactly of there is a camber aft of the leading edge, but it looks like it.
